Shout out to @kopite7kimi on twitter who called some of these specs months ago at the start of June.

In further news, listings of RTX 3000 cards for pre-order was found on Taobao and then shared on Chip Hell's forum. It show that the MSI RTX 3090 Vulcan X-OC has been listed for pre-order for around $2,476 USD and the ROG RTX 3090 been listed for $2,767 USD. I hope these prices are just inflated values for pre-order and that the actual pricing will be a lot less.
