Today I will be listing PC parts for a Gaming PC build under Rs. 45,000/- for 1080p 60fps+ gaming on medium to ultra settings in most game while maintaining scope for future upgradability of PC components without having to invest in an all new PC.
The Ryzen 3 3100 is the new king in the budget CPU offerings from both Intel and AMD. We went for the Ryzen 3 3100
due to its price to performance consideration. A slight overclock on the Ryzen 3 3100 can bring it head to head against the Ryzen 5 3500X in almost every gaming and productivity benchmark while handily beating the 6 core 6 thread 3500X in a few productivity benchmarks. The
Ryzen 3 3100 from AMD is a 4 cores and 8 threads CPU
based on the Zen 2 architecture from AMD on a 7nm process node thus
making it an efficient processor in terms of power consumption and heat
generated. It comes with Wraith Stealth Cooler in the box to
sufficiently cool the CPU without having to spend extra bucks on an
after market cooler.

The B450M-HDV from ASRock is one of the more affordable B450
Motherboards among the bunch. This motherboard supports ram speeds of up to 3200MHz which is quite enough
for any entry level to midrange Ryzen CPU. As all B450 motherboards this
motherboard also supports overclocking. This motherboard will also be
enough to handle a 6 core 12 thread Ryzen 5 3600X down the line
if you
wish to upgrade. But if you can spend another 2k extra on the motherboard you can get a 4 DIMM slot Motherboard in the form of Gigabyte B450M DS3H (Click here for pricing).

The AMD Radeon RX 580 is the bang for buck GPU at its price range. The
performance of RX 580 is on par compared to Nvidia 1650 Super while costing less than even the cheapest 1650 Super on the market. You can even get cheaper second hand RX 580s in the market and if you can get hands on one used at around 7k it will be a steal. This ASUS Radeon RX 580 Dual OC 4GB is a reputable
performer
in the line up of all AIB and founders edition cards.

We
choose the cheapest 2x4GB dual channel ram kit at speeds equal to or above
3000MHz and settled on 2x8GB 3200MHz CL16 memory sticks due to the lack of availability of the 4GB Ram sticks in India. At the price it
is a
good grab. Do remember to
enable the ram overclocking profile in your bios to run the ram at the
listed speeds instead of lower JEDEC speed. Based on your motherboard
the memory overclock toggle may be listed as DOCP (Direct Overclock
Profile), EOCP (Extended Overclock Profile) or XMP (eXtreme Memory
Profile).

We choose this Crucial BX500 120GB SSD for its price
to performance ratio and because we need to be under our budget. If you
wish for an SSD with DRAM then you can go for ADATA SU800 (click here for pricing). We chose the Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD for its reliability and purposes of mass storage.
For
the power supply we searched for reliable power supply whose wattage
was 450W or above. This Cooler Master MWE 450W power supply is 80+ white
certified and is more than enough to power our PC and still be enough
for any future upgrades ranging from a higher wattage CPU to a higher
wattage GPU.
Buy PSU from Amazon: Cooler Master MWE 450W,80+ WhiteWe
chose this case for its lower cost and good airflow. It comes with 3 120mm fans
included in the case and costs a lot less compared to other modern
almost similarly looking case with a mesh panel. Also comes with a full
fledged power supply shroud.
Buy case from Amazon: Alternative Cabinet - Aerocool Cyclon
Total Price = 44,937/-
